Michigan Made Speed School is a series of classes created by professionals for athletes looking to fine-tune the skills necessary for elite speed. From first-step explosion, to core, balance, reaction and acceleration, boys and girls of all sports will work in a group setting to build confidence and master movements that directly translate to game play.
Speed School registration is OPEN for Spring 2026!
This Michigan Made session is an hour long, and Student-athletes are divided appropriately by age and skill level. Participants must bring tennis shoes, cleats and water - we bring the rest!

If you are interested in getting in the game, pre-registration for an entire package is required. Speed School will reach capacity and there will be no drop-in spaces available to ensure maximum development and commitment.
