Michigan Made Speed School is a series of classes created by professionals for athletes looking to fine-tune the skills necessary for elite speed. From first-step explosion, to core, balance, reaction and acceleration, boys and girls of all sports will work in a group setting to build confidence and master movements that directly translate to game play.
Michigan Made sessions are an hour long, and Student-athletes are divided appropriately by age and skill level. Participants must bring tennis shoes, cleats and water - we bring the rest!

If you are interested in getting in the game, pre-registration for an entire package is required. Speed School will reach capacity and there will be no drop-in spaces available to ensure maximum development and commitment.
