Met wife, Stephanie in 2006 while attending Central Michigan University. They have been married since July 2013

They have three amazing baby boys, Logan (7), Swayze (3), and Murphy who was born in July of 2018

Started the Swagnew Foundation in 2013, benefiting Lupus research in the state of Michigan after his father nearly died from the disease.
